Full fit-out of new vet's surgery (acting as Principal Contractor)
Works included:
• New main shopfront, partition walls (x-ray/radiation-protected as required), doors & joinery (incl x-ray/radiation protected as required),
• Design & installation of Mitsubishi Electric air conditioning throughout (8 split systems),
• Design & installation of Vent-Axia extract systems throughout, design & installation of plumbing (hot/cold/waste supplies plus appliances) throughout including specialist vet equipment,
• Vinyl sheet safety flooring throughout (including full-height upstands to walk-in kennels), fitted units & worktops throughout, installation of animal ward stainless steel kennels,
• Full electrical fit-out including lighting/small power/x-ray supplies/AC supplies, data cabling & phone lines (client direct), fire alarms, intruder alarms (client direct),
• Decoration to clients specification, signage & marketing installation (client direct), manufactured joinery (client direct),
• Installation of all client-supplied specialist vet equipment including (but not exclusively) examination tables, scrub sink, surgery preparation table, walk-in kennel gates, operating theatre lights, vaccine fridges, pet weigh scales.
